A Message from the Principal

Dear Eddie White Middle Academy Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! It is with great excitement that I welcome both our returning families and those joining the Eddie White Middle Academy family for the first time. We are looking forward to an outstanding year filled with learning, growth, and achievement.

Our theme for this school year is "Beyond the Scoreboard: Excellence in EVERY Quarter." This theme reminds us that success extends beyond academics and athletics. True excellence is demonstrated in our classrooms, our character, our relationships, our service to others, and our commitment to doing our best each day.

At Eddie White Middle Academy, we have high expectations for every student because we believe every child has the ability to succeed. We expect our students to come to school each day prepared to learn, dressed in the appropriate school uniform, on time, ready to engage, and committed to treating others with kindness and respect. We also expect our students to uphold our school values by making positive choices and taking pride in their school community.

Creating a successful school year is a partnership between home and school. We ask our parents and guardians to remain actively involved by ensuring regular attendance, monitoring grades and attendance through the Parent Portal, communicating with teachers, and reinforcing the importance of respect, responsibility, and accountability at home.

Student safety and well-being remain our highest priorities. Eddie White Middle Academy maintains a strong stance against bullying, harassment, and intimidation. Every reported concern will be taken seriously and investigated so that every student has the opportunity to learn in a safe and supportive environment.

As your principal, I am committed to fostering a school culture where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. Together, we will celebrate accomplishments, overcome challenges, and continue building a school community that reflects excellence in everything we do.
